Family discounts:
Buy season passes for the older two of your kids (born between 2005 - 1993), your other children will ski for free.
The purchase of a season pass is only possible against the presentation of a valid document which proves that you are a recipient of the Austrian or German state family allowance!
KeyCard deposit fee:
A deposit fee of € 2.00 will be charged upon issuing the touch-free KeyCard. To get the deposit back return your undamaged and fully functional KeyCards from the current season at our ticket offices. Please note that we cannot gurantee the reimbursement of your deposit fee for cards issued in previous seasons.
Reimbursement - only applicable in case of injuries:
There is no legal title to reimbursement; hence reimbursements are always based on goodwill. In any case, however, a prerequisite for reimbursement will be to immediately return the ski pass of the injured person at our ticket offices, plus the presentation of a medical certificate issued by a local physician or the hospital. No reimbursements whatsoever will be made for day passes or passes which you can use on days of your own choice. Bergbahnen Fieberbrunn's terms of reimbursement are applicable. We reserve the right to reject reimbursements without stating the reason.
General provisions:
The pass entitles you to specific services delivered by legally independent companies. The company from which you purchase the pass only acts as representative of the other companies. Therefore it is only the respective company obliged to deliver the services and compensate for possible damages.
